Summer Family Photo Session at Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA

Whenever my former wedding couples (see their 2017 wedding blog HERE) come back to me for their family photoshoot, I feel like I get to hang out with my old friends and that is exactly what this session felt like! They booked “The Family Unit”, which is a full family session, so we had lots of time to spend together to hit some of my favorite spots at Trexler Nature Preserve.

Their boys, Owen and Parker, have grown so much since the last time I saw them and were such good boys for the session. Trexler is such a great location because you have trees for shade, tall grasses for a light & airy vibe, a bridge with the water for a lot of variety.

Everyone took their shoes off to do some photos in the water and then my favorite part of the session- a full out splashing water fight at end!
