Matt and Stephanie will always hold a special place in my heart because they’ve been at so many weddings that I have photographed it’s actually kind of ridiculous. In 2016, I was second shooting for another photographer waaaaaaaaaaaay North at a venue I’d never heard of or shot before and I walked into the reception only to find Matt and Steph sitting there as guests. They pulled me aside to say hello and to say that they remembered me from shooting their friend’s wedding in 2015. This was a Friday night wedding and I did remember them and we shared a laugh that we were so far away from the Lehigh Valley and here we were together at a wedding again. Fast forward to the next day, I get to my wedding that Saturday morning only to find the two of them again at the wedding as guests. Steph said that as soon as she gets engaged she would call me, and she did. And boy am I glad. Their wedding was so fun, Friday night in September at the Pearl S. Buck Estate in Perkasie. It was truly one of the most beautiful venues I’ve been to. I knew the wedding would be a blast because I basically knew the entire bridal party from all the weddings of their friends that I photographed and had formed such a connection with the two of them already. The wedding didn’t disappoint, beautiful weather, a little warm for my taste but no rain so I’ll take it, and so many laughs. I truly can’t wait to see what the future holds for the two of them. They are truly awesome people and I’m honored that I was there to capture the day. Xo Lg
