Happy 2024 y’all! Can you believe it? 2023 felt so much less chaotic in many ways for me… but really only in comparison to 2022 when we got the phone call one fateful first day of fall “surprise, there’s a new baby girl, can you take her in?!” 

Life with four kids is enough to fill most plates… add a “business owner” title to that plate… it’s overflowing! Please send prayers for my hubs and I! Haha! 

This year was busy, messy, beautiful, roller-coaster-y and blessed in the most unique ways. 

As the holiday season winds down for me, I am reflecting on the sheer magic this season has been. It’s been an honor to capture so many of your family’s photos this past year, not only at Christmas. 

We collected 246 Holiday Hope Chests and 100 gift card donations. That’s amazing considering the economic climate we’re in and I’m so proud of all of you! We know you are anxiously awaiting the winners of our Holiday Hope Chest, PB&J, Christmas Card and November/December Print Order Winners, I will finalize those winners when I’m back in the studio and off of break in two weeks, so hang tight!

I photographed 520 regular sessions and 229 Awesome Santa sessions this year!

My vision board word this year is: PEACE! 

Peace at home, peace in my heart, peaceful grace at work and in my interactions. Peaceful parenting. 

2024 has the potential to be one of the most impactful years of my personal life. I intend on showing up as my best self and bringing a sense of peaceful joy to all of those I come in contact with.
